Order processing times

  • Orders typically process within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).

  • Pre-orders or custom items will show estimated timelines on the product page.

Shipping methods & delivery estimates

  • Standard (US): ~3–7 business days after shipment

  • Expedited (US): ~2–3 business days after shipment

  • International delivery windows vary by destination and carrier.

Delivery times are estimates provided by carriers and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, or customs.

Shipping fees

  • Calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and method.

  • Any promotional “Free Shipping” will be clearly indicated on product or cart pages.

Order tracking

You’ll receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order leaves the warehouse. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update.

Split shipments

To speed delivery, items may ship separately at no extra cost. You’ll receive separate tracking emails.

Address accuracy

Please confirm your shipping address at checkout. We aren’t responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a package returns to us, we’ll contact you to re-ship (additional postage may apply).

Lost, stolen, or delayed packages

  • If tracking shows “Delivered” but you can’t find the package, check with household members, neighbors, and your local carrier office.

  • Still missing? Email support@globalproductideas.shop within 7 days of the marked delivery date. We’ll help investigate and advise next steps (including carrier claims).

  • While we’ll assist, we’re not responsible for carrier-confirmed deliveries to the address provided.

International shipping, duties & taxes

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, and import taxes charged by your local government—these are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Customs processing may extend delivery times.

Order changes & cancellations

If you need to modify or cancel, email support@globalproductideas.shop immediately. We’ll do our best if the order hasn’t entered processing/shipping. Once shipped, standard return procedures apply.
