If you’re not satisfied, we’re here to help. You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
How to start a return

Email support@globalproductideas.shop with your Order # and reason for return.

If approved, we’ll send an RMA number and return instructions.

Write the RMA on the outside of the package.

Item must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories/manuals.

Request must be made within 30 days of delivery.

Proof of purchase is required.

Non-returnable: gift cards, digital/downloadable items, perishable goods, opened health/personal-care items, customized items, and items marked “Final Sale.”
Damaged/defective/wrong item
Inspect upon delivery and email photos to support@globalproductideas.shop within 7 days so we can resolve it.
Return shipping

Our error (defective/wrong item): we cover the label.

All other returns: customer pays return shipping.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. If more than 15 business days pass after approval, contact support@globalproductideas.shop.
